What is your exchange policy?
We understand the challenges of online shopping, especially when it comes to finding the perfect fit. We offer a size exchange option for clothing lines to help you find the perfect fit.
Notify us within 5 days of delivery to request an exchange.
A standard pickup charge will apply:
- Summer wear: ₹75 per item
- Winter wear: ₹150 per item
Please note, we can only accommodate size exchange requests for clothing within 5 days of delivery. Exchanges do not apply to accessories.

Payment instructions will be provided over Email/Whatsapp. We will schedule the pickup and dispatch your new order once the item is picked up.

What is your return policy?
Returns are only available for products damaged during delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or defective - please inform us within 5 days of delivery.
